  • Orders Not Yet Processed: If your order has not entered the production or shipping process, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • Orders Already Processed or Shipped: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further options.

2. Change of Mind

If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind:

  • Before Processing: Contact us immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund.
  • After Processing: Orders cannot be canceled after processing. You may, however, initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Incomplete or Incorrect Information

Providing accurate and complete information during checkout is essential for successful order processing.

  • Incorrect Details: If inaccurate information is provided, we will attempt to contact you for corrections.
